Please do not book your flights until you have had your Invitation letter, hotel confirmation and event licence documentation………all KTA Regular riders are getting first preference for the competition, registrations are coming very fast with over 50 in 2 days already registered, there is also a 40 slot allocation to the local Chinese riders leaving only 80 spots for Foreign riders

IF YOU REGISTER YOU MUST COMPETE - NON COMPETING REGISTRANTS WILL BE CLASSED AS SOCIAL ENTRY AND PAY THE DAILY RATE FOR THEIR ROOMS

we are offering free accomodation & board for registered riders, we will also provide airport transfer to and from the airport.

After registration is complete you will receive an email with all the travel and visa info that is also mentioned on this page in the visa section.

REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO 120 RIDERS ONLY – KTA REGULAR RIDERS AND SEEDED RIDERS WILL GET FIRST PREFERENCE OVER 1 TIME VISITORS 

If you are travelling with your partner and need a separate room, you will pay 50 USD per night for the hotel, your partner can also then attend all functions of the event also inclusive of the room rate.
