Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond both the control of the KTA and its local organiser in Xiamen the dates for the opening round of the tour have had to be moved back slightly.

The tour stop will still take place in October as planned but now on the new revised dates of the 29th October to 1st November 2009. The KTA apologises for any problems this may cause anyone and asks any rider that this effects travel arrangements for to please contact the KTA team

Many of these problems have arisen from sponsorship difficulties and securing final government approvals for aspects of the KTA tour stop. These after a long week of hard work by our local organiser and the KTA have brought about a new headline local sponsor for Xiamen and support from the Director of Sport for China, solving the issues of sponsorship and official approvals.
